ENSURING PRODUCT QUALITY

  • A firm believer in the philosophy of Total Quality Control Management, the company has evolved the culture of systematic production that eliminates errors in every stage of production. Capsule production being a continuous process, representative samples are regularly tested for physical defects length, dome, double wall thickness, moisture content, colour shades, weight variation and other relevant parameters.
  • Very stringent inhouse process and AQL(Accepted Quality Level) norms to ensure best quality products to all consumers.

PACKAGING

To maintain the highest quality we re-inforce our packing in many ways.

  • Packing :
  • Standard : Capsules  put in air bubble bag, then insulated with appropriate thermocol lining and  finally packed  with 5 ply corrugated boxes.
  • Special: 30 mm thermocol box along with double Air bubble bag and 5 ply Corrugated box.

Capsules being sensitive products, we recommend storage between temperatures of 15 °C to 30°C  and RH between 40%  to 65%.
