He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Honors) and Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Diploma in Export Documentation & Implementation from The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. He possesses wide experience of more than 24 years in the field of pharma industry and real estate sector. His experience, commitment and capabilities are playing a crucial role in the growth of the Company.
Mr. Alok Garg also hold position of Managing Director in Medgel Private Limited which is wholly owned material subsidiary company.
Mrs. Saloni Garg is a management professional with a strong academic background in business and brand strategy. She holds a Graduate degree in Business Management from Mumbai and a master’s degree in Brand Management from Italy, equipping her with a global perspective on branding, marketing and organizational development.
She is already associated with Medicaps Limited as senior manager and her ability to align branding initiative with business objectives makes her a valuable contributor to organizational and long-term value creation.
Mr. Dharmendra Solanki is an Independent Director of the company since 05.02.2021 and Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. He has completed bachelor’s degree and master’s Degree in commerce from a reputed institution, Vikram University, Ujjain (M.P.).
He Possess 22 years of post-qualification experience and a good exposure in Accounts, Finance and Taxation. He is well known for his analytical skills and abilities to deal with accounting and finance issues. Mr. Dharmendra Solanki possess humble confidence with unwavering professionalism and has innate problem solving skills. He pays attention to details and has great knowledge of taxation as well.
Mr. Gajendra Singh is an Independent Director of the company since 11.08.2023 and Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). He Possess vast experience and good exposure in strategic Management and Administration. He is well versed with optimum utilization of resources.
Mr. Ashok Agrawal is an Independent Director of the company since 25.07.2017 and chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is energetic, focused and organized personality and having vast experience of business and administration. He is Past Honorary Joint Secretary of AIMP (Association of Industries of M.P.)
