Mr. Ramesh Chandra Mittal aged 77 years a is a founder member of the Company and Chairperson and Non-Executive Director of the Company. He possesses unparallel extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical and real estate sector and expertise of more than 44 years. He carries a vision of growth of the Company and has made invaluable contributions to the success and performance of the Company over the years. His creative contribution has always been provided to the board by providing his independent oversight over the operations of the company. He has always been dedicated to bring an independent judgment to bear on issues of strategy, performance and resources including key appointments and standards of conduct. Being a non –executive director he understands his responsibility to oversee the activity of executive directors and help to ensure that they meet their objectives. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Honors) and Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Diploma in Export Documentation & Implementation from The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. He possesses wide experience of more than 24 years in the field of pharma industry and real estate sector. His experience, commitment and capabilities are playing a crucial role in the growth of the Company.
Mr. Alok Garg also hold position of Managing Director in Medgel Private Limited which is wholly owned material subsidiary company.
Mrs. Kusum Mittal is the Non-Executive Director of the Company since 04.05.1991. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art . She has a wide experience in managing the Corporate Affairs of the Company and is actively involved in the day-to-day business activities.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is energetic, focused and organized personality and having vast experience of business and administration.
